Residential Remodeling · Omaha and surrounding areas
“Customizing people’s lives, one project at a time”
Necobia Construction LLC is an Omaha-based residential remodeling contractor owned by Steve Jeffers. Since 2009 we’ve helped homeowners in Omaha and surrounding areas update kitchens and bathrooms, build decks and patio covers, pour concrete, and take care of the grading and drainage work that protects it all. We take the extra time on prep, forms, and finish work — and we treat your landscaping and your home like our own.
What We Do
Kitchen & Bath Remodeling
Reconfigurations, cabinets, tile and backsplash, plumbing and electrical coordination.
Decks & Patio Covers
New builds, extensions, covered patios, composite and wood.
Sunrooms
Four-season rooms and additions.
Concrete Flatwork
Driveways, patios, and replacement work, with extra grading and care around existing landscaping.
Drywall
Hang, finish, and repair.
Flooring
LVT, tile, and hardwood work including floor refinishing coordination.
Grading & Drainage
Grading, drainage correction, and perimeter drains to move water away from the house.
How We Work
We don’t do shower or tub overlays, and we don’t do cover-ups that hide damage. When something needs fixing, we tear out what’s bad, repair it properly, and build it back right — practical, cost-effective solutions that meet your wants and exceed industry standards.
